to a certain amount of miles within you're area? I've seen profiles of people that I actually wouldn't mind writing to, but it never fails they are looking for someone in their area. Not to cry about it or anything (scuse' me while I grab a tissue) but doesn't reducing the number of miles hinder you slightly when looking? Just food for thought. I think it's you Peccy 
people make choices and some are unable or just dont want to venture away from their comfort zones and some are open to it.
