We get up each morning together to face a new day
As I look up and see your face i do not know what to say
Down the stairs into the kitchen again we do meet
Together we share a meal fit for a king what a treat
Outside and through the gate we do go as we take our daily
walk, how neat
At home we sit and watch your favorite TV show, why I do
I will never know
You are my best friend and in many ways I know are friendship
will grow
I hope the day will come soon when I could tell you I love
you so
For you see I am just Chessi your dog and how to talk
I do not know
But I will wag my tail and lick your face the only way for my love to show.
