 grrrrrrrrrr vent on the SNOBBY HOTEL !
I just sent them another e-mail and did the font in RED cause they say , "I dont see any e-mails from you......" I told them that WALMART does a better job with customer service issues!!!  bla BLAAA bla GROWLL!!!

AFTER ALL THAT AUTOMATED CRAP AND THEN FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO BC STUDENT LOANS FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY SENT THE FORM IN THE MAIL I JUST FOUND IT BEHIND MY DRESSER!!!

I e-mailed FOR a reservation , I did give them dates and preferences but I dont think it got as far as booking..... |
