Little People

Up so high you wish to climb
And dare to not look down,
As little people scurry fast
Below, upon the ground.

Please don't dare to step on them
You'll cause yourself to fall
You'll never be a giant
Because you're still so small.

You think the air up there is better
Don't rush to reach the top,
Cause once you've made your way up there
A stumble could lose it all.

So sit and dream your wondrous dreams
And strive to make them true.
Don't forget there's little people
That mimic what you do.

I thought that may be the case until I got to the mimic all you do part, leprechauns would NEVER - unless it was absolutely amusing
