No once I give notice they will automatically escort me out and they always pay you for the amt of the notice...the 3rd week is my vacation week. Actually I will get 4 weeks pay since they owe me more vacation.
The new position only has 3 weeks vacation with the option of buying a 4th week. I get one extra week (5) now but 4 is ok too.
