i think when you say "WE dont talk like that" you mean we as in african americans. and of course lots of people use ebonics, its just aform of speach. HAVE FUN WITH IT. same thing if i said hey everyone show off your spanish speaking skills.. you dont see spanish people saying we dont all speak spanish... oh god now my head hurts |

I just happen to be a big fan of hip hop (among other music). The gangsta thing is way overhyped, haven't heard anyone talk like that in a long time. There's no tension on my end. A few statements were made on a subject, and I felt compelled to add my perspective. I do that from time to time. Everyone relax. I'm not gonna call Al Sharpton. |

I thought it was referring to the Hip Hop culture. Most of the artists I see on MTV are not white, however, the culture is very popular with the white kids in my area. It sure diversifies the role models the kids look up and shows them other ways of being sucessful!
