Can you fix mine, got two pop ups everytime I log on to internet i didn't fix anything... the dell guy was connected and got rid of all the ugly viruses but pop-ups was what i got too... now no more yay

the last time I used tech support they crashed my hard drive...it cost me 500 dollars to fix what they did...

and the Bastiges barely spoke english so I could not understand what they were saying...I had to get a client to fix what they did in netmeeting
