I begin and end my day with God but I don't necessarily read the bible. Yes it does give me a sense of peace and joy.

Yes I think it is especially nice if you can manage to start each day being thankful for the beautiful planet we have. Whatever book or prayer or meditation helps you to do that- I think that the method is less important than the result.
For me, sunrise and sunset are nice times to appreciate everything- everything is so pretty then. |

It's good to read the Bible any time. The morning thing works becuase of putting the Lord first. I'm presently stuck at home due to disability now so I guess it's easier for me to do currently.
I read yesterday that some folks read the Psalms through every year. I thought that was kind of interesting. I may give that a try. they amaze me when I read them. I'm currently in the beginning of Exodus and Luke right now. Pharaoh is being a butt head! |
