John Mc Cain! He has many, many years of experience. Knows how to handle the war on terrorism (by the way, we (the world, too) will be fighting this battle forever, like it or not), Oh geeeeze .. I'm not going to get started on the FAKE WAR ON TERRORISM everybody is worried about. ITS FAKE. ITS STAGED. nuff said. I do not understand why people are so negative about our country and our government. Our governmental leaders, just like ourselves, are HUMAN BEINGS. Really? Maybe, but I'm not so sure their handlers are. (Perhaps we have been infiltrated by aliens?) Just a thought. Yes, there are many 'bad apples' but that is in everyday life, even our own personal lives.
I hear all the talk about liars, deceivers, maniuplaters, well tell me one human being who has not committed any of those negative aspects of human characteristics. Yes, our governmental leaders are to hold very high standards, but to say our country's leaders are all liars, is not a true or accurate assessment of our country and our government. They are SUPPOSED to hold to "higher standards" but there is not a one that does not have some horrible skeleton in their closet. And someone pulling their strings. THE WHEEL THAT SQUEAKS LOUDEST GETS THE MOST OIL. An old, old aaying.
Yes, but what does this old saying have to do with anything in this post? If your put pressure on your governmental representatives and voice your opinons to them, perhaps things may straighten out to your likeing.
You must be young. You really think so? You really think they give a rats ass about our opinions when it comes down to the wire? I don't. It is their own ass they worry about. How many people actually participate in their political party? How many actually vote? I have found that the majority of people who complain (not referring to anyone onthis site) partake in no way, shape or form in governement at all levels, from the small local all the way to presidential.
You are probably right about that. I stepped away from politics because I don't like the smell of corruption. It is really very frustrating. There are so many things out of our control. Even the voting machines have been proven to be easy to hack. The elections are easily rigged. I think the last two were definately rigged. Jb |

I have seen the future and it does not look good. I have read the cards and it does not look good. John McCain will be the next president. Lindyy says: Oh, Dear God. You actually think those satanic plastic machine made cards tell our future? Lord, have mercy on us. Lindyy |

i once was involved in small town government..I screwed a city council member..i found out government business can be wrapped up in 2 minutes. McCain will win cause people see a terroist behind every tree.. CLDMom: You did not 'screw a city council member.' Silly rabbit. (How is the bunny? All sewn up?) Well, we are in a world of terroism. Better to be on the offense than defense. Hopefully, this will prevent another 9/11. Lindyy |

I never complain about politics. I just observe the chaos. I don't live in a glass house. I don't throw stones either, I only say the truth when I see it. Judge me all you want, I don't really care. I have to say Mr. Obama. Just to make some big mouths eat their words. Not talking about anybody in these forums, but some public people. I would like to see that happen actually. Obama as president. But alas, I have to say that it probably won't. The future is not written in stone. If all continues as it is going, it will be John McCain. I think I like him better than Hilary C though. She is pure dragon. JB |

Lindyy Calling tarot cards "satanic" shows me the scope of your ignorance. They have nothing whatever to do with your religious dogmatic notions and I fully realize that this kind of hatred, prejudice and ignorance cannot be reasoned with in a rational manner, so I am not going to talk to you anymore. Buh- bye! |

Hillary will be the Republican nominee now that Obama is damaged goods with the Rev. Wright scandal. McCain will beat Hillary and win.

Hillary will be the Republican nominee now that Obama is damaged goods with the Rev. Wright scandal. McCain will beat Hillary and win. Hillary the Republican nominee? I don't think so. In Bizarro World maybe. Rev. Wright's views don't necessarily makes him 'damaged goods'. It all depends on how many people believe Obama when he said that he doesn't agree with all of the views that Rev. Wright expresses. I do think that if the feud between Obama and Hillary goes on too long, and a clear frontrunner is not selected soon, it will damage the chances of either one gaining the Presidency. If this happens, people who might have voted for Hillary or Obama could instead, vote for McCain. |

Okay. I worded that incorrectly. Obama lying makes him damaged goods. Obama was a member of Wright's church for 17 years and didn't know the Reverend was anti-American and a racist? Come on now!

It depends on whether more people believe Obama than not and whether they think he is lying. In politics, perception is everything. |

Perception ..... a good word. Okay, Obama belonged to the Rev. Wright's church for 17 years, but didn't know Wright was racist and anti-American. My perception is that Obama is a liar.
