That's true but in some jobs when you have a lot of people answering to you and you're responsible for the bottom line, you can't afford to let those things affect you...

i can make some of the best burgers. i take a lb of bacon and half cook it, cut off the fat. i then take the meat(and some of the fat...not much) and mix with the burger. sometimes i'll also take some of the greese, but that's rare. i've also taken the beef and made 2 smaller patties that i'll match together with minced and carmelized onions in the middle
