the police still investigate. the no questions crap is just that. if it is murder you will go to jail as some in prison will testify. a few have tried to slip it past as make my day and now are up the river. it works

like i said it is not the law it is the no questions part that is in question with me I can go with that - and would hope the cops do at least a cursory check on things to make sure what you say happened is plausible and correct to the best of their ability. |
