Sorry you had such a scare with Grandma.
Keep up the short visits with Nathan and yourself. Often they are the absolute BEST MEDICINE. Just you coming in makes the "staff" try harder to do their best if you are nice. I will add extra God Bless for your Grandma and you. Firm beliver in power of prayer. You keep at it too. Lord will listen and give you peace. I pray for all the JSH folks. Grandma Joy |

I last saw her tonight. She looked better, but she cant talk...she has a C-PAP over her mouth. But I told her I love her & Nathan does too, and I said I know you love me too grandma but dont worry about saying anything...and she nodded. Nathan ran over and held her hand. I was so proud of him....with all that scary machines he just wanted to see great grandma.

My grandma passed last week from a battle with cancer for 3 years

Well my grandma passed away last night at 6:30. I was there with her, and she died peacefully. On wednesday night I got a chance to talk to her alone. She told me how she was proud of me, and wished me the best in life, and she hoped my health problems were over with. She said my son is a miracle and that she loves us both. I said we loved her to. She said her goodbyes that night. I feel at peace. Her composure was angelic...no tears, just love. She died peacefully surrounded by her family. Now she is in heaven (Im sure smooching my grandpa
 ). I will miss her so much. I have always tried so hard to make her proud. She is my pillar of strength....my HERO. I hope to someday be half the woman she was.
Her funeral is on wednesday, visitation on tuesday. Im a pallbearer & I was asked to sing. Its going to be so hard to burry the woman who had such a big part in raising me.
