carmelized bacon Ingredients
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 lb bacon(8 slices)
Directions
1Heat oven to 450°F.
2Spray top of broiler pan lightly with no stick cooking spray; line bottom of pan with aluminum foil.
3Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
4Coat bacon slices with brown sugar mixture.
5Place coated bacon onto prepared pan.
6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until well-browned.
7Immediately remove bacon; place onto serving plate.

Whatever you do, save the bacon fat! In Hungary, bacon fat is love. And it's true, too. Suffice to say, you'll get a lot of love coming your way. :wink:
