We've been talking about going to Sage's "party" in July. I want to go, but have to find sitters for the weekend!!

Going OK! hospice has set up a few people to come in and sit with M&D while I go out for a while, you know, the gym and the pool, that sort of thing.

I don't know how that works do you have to pay for hospice?

Hospice is paid by Medicare. They are SO good. A nurse comes M>W>F and takes care of Dad's heels
(Bedsores) and just babies him. He loves it. The same days a bath aide comes and gives him a bed bath. All of his meds are covered under hospice. They are a great bunch of people !!!!!

Nobody does & don't think anyone was putting you down. Just expressing a thought out of friendship. We hava all been there & will prob. go there again. Human nature, we all want WHAT we want. Life should be better for all, just not how it works. Life hands you lemons, get some Corona's & relax. |
