Topic: Spring Break.

Next week for my children. I cannot take off work for the entire week, but I can for a couple of days, just long enough to take them somewhere- to get away. My boss is an Attorney in Baton Rouge, who also has real estate there, so I was thinking of asking could we come there and stay a couple of days, but i don't know what there is to do there for young teenagers- Baton Rouge that is... Does anyone know of anything?

i'd say if ya'll like baseball see if there is a game close, go shopping, movies, go out to eat, museums or art galleries?

There's a lot of pot in Baton Rouge (LSU is there). Everything in Baton Rouge revolves around: 1) LSU. Huge campus, tons of people, it's a college town. 2) The capitol. Politicos from all over Louisiana are around all the time.

I don't think it is far from New Orleans, it is after 3, but I think that when we go to New Orleans we go through Baton Rouge, so maybe we can stay in BR and drive to NO if it is not to far to do so.... My kids love NO, so they would like that. We shall see...
