Searching For Answers

Can you forgive
What hasn't been done,
Even though life
Has turned from the sun?

Can you not see
What a heart can display,
Even though life
Stops
In a moment's delay?

Can you not feel
The tears that one mourns,
Even though you,
Yourself have been torn?

Sometimes the weakest
Are stronger than most
And sometimes the strongest
Become just a ghost.

Can you look inward
And see who you are,
Can you see light
Or is it too far?

What will you do
And where can you go,
Only you have the answers
And only you know.
