You can tell a lot about a person from their appearance. Thier appearance is only a shell of the Soul,, which is seen, felt and touched through the Eyes,,, 
So true the apperance is but the outer shell it is looking at a persons eyes while talking to them you can find out so much more about them. Appearance is what they try to portray but... which is not always the way the person really is.

I think that appearance plays a part in the attraction or chemistry at first, but it's what comes inside that is what counts in the long run. You have to make the personal choice to let the outter appearance maybe cost you the love of a lifetime of who that person REALLY is if you're going to judge by apperance instead of getting to really know someone.

The person you can tell if they work hard, you can get a sense about their value they put in buying their attire. You can watch their manner and jesters to see or feel their personality.. BUT,,,,,only time and sharing can EVER let YOU know THEM.. THAT comes from with-in them.....

i'm well off, but i drive an 81 ford f250 rust bucket, and i dress in cargo pants, hywy66 shirts, and topsiders, no socks. or i dress like in this pic sometimes, and drive a corvette, or i get mixed looks for sure, you can't tell a book by it's cover, but people judge you anyway, i just learned not to care.

yes, say they are in college, first week, and they have bags under they're eyes, they are obviously a party person Or perhaps, they're up late studying.. that's possible the first week.. considering it's college (hell, school period). |

i'm smarter than i look thank god so no.i find if people can look you in the eye that tells a lot more about their character than anything.

Yes and NO. You can tell some things about a person by their apperance, but sometimes it's all wrong. I Work with a guy, the frist time I met him, I thought he was gay becasue of the way he dressed and acted,Later found out he was engaged to a beautiful girl. They are now both friend of mine. Boy was I wrong, he just has a very usual sense of fashion. LOL
