Yeah I seen it and it happen in Florida that was so sad and the mother is 5 1/2 months preg with another child like she really needs another one. She turned herself in after finding out they were looking for her. Poor little girl is only 2 1/2 it was caught on video and her even telling the little girl I'm not gonna hit you this time. That is one that does not ever need kids.

I found that to be awful. I accidentally sprayed a part of my hand with a pressure washer, while cleaning my patio, last Summer. It hurt for 2 days, despite vitamin e and aloe applications. I just hope the power wasn't high! That to me is full out abuse.

I used to get spanked in public when I was younger, albeit a pressure washer probably isn't the best mode of punishment...but when spanking in public becomes child abuse where is a parent to turn?
