Purple, those are weird questions for people to be asking anyways. it's none of their business unless you want to share that stuff. If they can't just chatter & get to know YOU! not your personal stuff fuk um!! & you work harder around your place then most men ever think about..

We're no busier than usually since we have a set amount of cases to open and close anyways. Although I did have to talk to some POA who was way up on her high horse ugh I can't stand those people 98.65% of the time.

A lot of times the POA gets such a huge run~a~round when they call the IRS....it is just ridiculous.
Maybe you should give me your direct extension war ......then I can call and be nice and you can answer and not give me a run around!! Life is all about connections!!

I try to help them out as much as possible but there is no need to start yelling and quoting some IRC code. I'm on a detail at the moment so I wouldn't answer the phone and as long as your question involves EIC,Exemptions, or Schedule A I'd be more than happy to help.
