Okay swim suit season is just around the corner and I started upping the work out .. I swim and do the treadmill and work the circut I will be adding free weights right now my abs are killing me like I want to throw up .. next week I will add jumping rope .. this is on top of the yoga I do daily up to 3 times a day if I am teaching .. any other suggestions ??

I use this site online to calculate my daily caloric and carb intake, and then plan my daily excercise routine around that. Plus, mixing up the routine keeps your body on its toes, so to speak...
This is my first week of two a days, so 45 min to an hour of intense cardio (basketball suicide drills, hi intensity biking, running uphill) in the AM, and then a strenous 45 min to an hour of weights after work. But... Sounds like you already have a good plan. |
