Make tasteless jokes about their age at their expense. For example... if they're older, crack about the designer adult diapers they probably have to wear when they go on a night on the town, or about whether or not they get a buzz off of Geritol. If they're younger, crack about whether or not their adult teeth have grown out yet. You know... stuff like that.
