If a woman burps out loud, it's a sign she had a good meal or drink. Holding it in will only serve to embarrass you when your tummy starts growling loud.......personally, I burp quiet as I can and say excuse me and let it go. Burps last a sec or two, growling tummy can last all night, yuck. No sexy.
