Ok I noticed I do this last night. Everytime I have a bad dream or dream of someone I don't want to...I backhand it in my dream. basically backhand it out of my thoughts. I'm not violent but it seems to work.
anyone else do anything like that? |

ok...so how do you get rid of bad dreams? I haven't had too many bad dreams except for back in my younger years. Once while working construction, a hole I was digging caved in on me and had to get dug out by my fellow workers. Well that week I drempt I was in that hole and almost jumped out a second floor window thinking that was my way out. I actually woke up with one leg out the window, was kinda skeery.

I have the same dreams over and over...I have never been able to stop them.

ok...so how do you get rid of bad dreams? they gave me meds to stop mine, as the terros would really disturb me, and all the next day . the meds worked, i just dont take them anymore. |
