Okay .. I like where I work. And thank GOD HR (Human Resources) likes me too.
But my VP is anal as hell.  
He decides .... since I have taken portions of my vacation (I get 5 weeks a year) and my sick/personal time at a # of increments in the past month, that I must not have enough to do and wanted HR to look at making my job a 30 not 40 hr a week position. 
Mind you this is Corporate America folks. I am a producer of not just a monthly gig but also produce a podcast and blog for this person. Since WHEN did taking the vacation & sick time (for various reasons) .. that you have EARNED - give someone the audacity to say your job is no longer a 40-hour job because you can afford to take time off. Hello!!! You make up your work when you come back right? OMG .... I'm seeing RED peeps.  Honestly!!! This is as ludicrous and DUMB ASS as it comes. Thank God HR saw thru it.
Actually I threatened that IF they tried that, I would take every one of the 1400 staff members we have to task, making their supervisors/managers prove that when they take THEIR earned vaca/sick time they TOO have enough work load to keep them gainfully employed for 40 hours a week. WTH is going on here ............................ DAMN.

I've worked for this guy for over 10 years .. I gotta tell ya, I'm about out of patience. He tried to get me on something one time and HR told him the 200 emails he had in his possession, that only complemented me but he wanted to use them to burn me ... they said the papers couldn't be used for anything more than fireplace fodder

I am a firm believer that what goes around comes around.....And this my gal pal is going to be put in prayer....No one treat my chica with anything but the utmost respect....they are lucky to have you......so in prayer it goes....
