A. Must be so darn funny you make the Chicas pee their pants..... (although to classy and we never would)

B. Must be sweet like candy, caring to all.

C. However Chicas take no guff from no one....And if you try the mafia is swiftly upon you

D. Now Last but surely not least....Must be intelligent and not the type of woman that flaunts what God gave her jut for the sake of doing it.....We like class and integrity.

Jan 30th 2008 Press Release ....

Upon completion of Executive Committee's meeting the following has been decided ....

1 - Members are automatically inducted into the "Ya Ya Chicahood Club" upon their request to be included, BUT with a disclaimer ..

2 - Dislaimer being that all members are on 'probation' until Executive Committee (Deb, Ruth, Judy) are able to consider the request, with ability for us to veto any majority vote.

3 - If we have an issue we will notify the member via email ..

4 - Issues would be the following:

- not known well enough, give it time, earn tenure
- not strong as a woman .. needs work
- no belief in God .. ie, athiest
- no sense of humor .. cuz God knows we need it
- not mean spirited or grouchy LMFAO
- no skanks
- must be street smart/wise
- strong in spirit, sexy in attitude, sure of self
- must honor the chica code, not be a disgrace to it

*** Any of above items can be taken care of by chatting it up with any/all of Executive Committe members


5 - any positions offered to members must come from the Exec Committee, not other members

Any complaints ...... we don't wanna hear it
