not alot of people have heard of this but its something i enjoy
5 slices of bacon 1 med. onion 2 cups whole corn 1 cup potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 1/2 cups soup 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper cut bacon into slices 1/4 inch wide then cook remove bacon and cook onion until soft. add all ingredients and bring to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. when you serve put a pat of butter on top of the bowl of soup. |
