have a 10 yr old with aspergers wich is a form of autism hes so wild expelled from school agressive banned from everywhere and cant get no help

My son is not Aspergers but does have Autistic Spectrum Disorder- i can try to help

social services stopped helping due to his behavour said they will only help if his behavour inproves which is stupid missed loads of hospital appoitments for me coz no one will look after him cant even go to the shop

His teachers are obviously idiots..his behavior ISN'T his fault..They should have tried better to deal with him..you don't just throw a child away like that.My brother was said to be autistic when he was a child..HIS teachers thought it best to just leave him in a corner and let him sit there and rock back and forth all day..that is until our mom went to the school and ripped them a new one..lol

personally i don't believe in medicating my child but have you had him evaluated- he might need something-they had my child on adderall xr 15mg for about a year but i just did not like him on it- but he does not have behaviour issues- you need something home health care- at least someone to give you a break or you are going to break. do you have any family that would take him even for a couple of hours so you can get some time by yourself-

If i lived closer i would even volunteer to take him- trust me i can handle it!! there has to be something- the behaviours can be changed. he needs to be retrained- there are alot of programs-i just don't know what you have available in Wales

I'm an OT. They would help very well.

I love my mom..she is too awesome..she had to go and do the same thing on MY behalf too because when I was little they thought that a wheelchair=stupid person..It took her 3yrs to get me into the classes I should have been in from day one but she got me there..AND she did it all on her own..raised 3 kids all by herself..2 of which had health issues.
