It's basically water & salt. If it was medication, I wouldn't use it like that. Also got the idea from products that you sniff or spray to alleviate snoring.

Its a thing I call cartwheeling... Apply this knowledge to that... i.e....It has saline solution to keep membranes moist - so if they recommend its use everynight for snoring, then using saline every night is OK to keep your sinus cavity clean... |
