Some people cuz of work schedule Have to eat McDonalds crap And can't eat homemade food all the time Which i think it sucks Lol but make sure not to get mayo or cheese on your sandwich. Their nutrition facts that they tout are way exaggerated because they usually don't include cheese and mayo. |

yea but you don't have to get it on your sandwhich if you don't want it... just like you don't have to get a quarter pound with cheese and fries. And even if you did add the mayo and cheese... its still not nearly as bad as mcdonalds Oh I know, I wasn't saying it's required. I agree that subway is a great alternative to burger chains. Just being an antagonist by saying that subway isn't quite as healthy as a lot of people seem to think. Cheers |

what really sucks is the price of food... its so much more expensive to eat healthy than crappy. $40.00 at the grocery store can buy you a whole lot of crap and not a lot of fresh fruits and veggies

Although I think it would be nice to make it cheaper for us gym-goers to keep going! Jill - Yes you're right that subway is still way healthier even with mayo and cheese as well. |

Its not just McDonalds that's making people fat. lol I've got my share of pounds I'm losing and I don't even eat that crap.
It's people's choices. There are alot of thin and healthy people that eat at McDonalds or burger king. They just don't do it on a daily basis. They also exercise, and watch their quantity of food they put in their mouths. Whatever you're eating, whether it be a subway on wheat bread or a whopper with cheese... you have to eat in moderation. |
