Topic: What is Love? | |

Love is caring enough to wait a lifetime to find you.
Love is caring enough to follow a dream forever. Love is caring enough to look under every stone to find it. Love is the caress you feel when you see a smile in your mind. Love is the gentle touch of her words as you hear them. Love is the gentle sound of her words when you feel them. Love is the gentle whisper of her thoughts. Love is the gentle smile that holds you warm. Love is the tender moment when you feel that first kiss. Love is the tender sigh during that first kiss. Love is feeling that one first kiss. Love is the passion that holds two together forever. Love is the passion that sweats with lust. Love is the moment we find true happiness. Love is the time to share your hopes and dreams. Love is the look we all search for. Love is what keeps us alive. Love is how we share ourselves completely. Love is two becoming one Love is a gift. Love is a desire. Love is a hope. Love is a dream. Love is and always will be love. |

I have often questioned if I could ever love someone. Many of us do, it
is the nature of things. To always question what is right in front of us. Find the things in your life that describe what love means to you and please add them to this thread. To know how to find love we must first know what love is. G |

to some of us love is an animal, feeding on you,
consumming your soul, if it is sweet to this beast, your love will last forever,,, if not... it will rip out your heart... to make us write another poem... searching for our one true love... another beast to feed upon you, and feast upon a new love, finding this love in places you never thought to look, finding your new love growing together, is the sweetest feast of all!!! |

LOVE
Love is a need A sweet ache, that can only be filled By one special person Love can make or break the soul Depending upon how it's used Love is blind Seeing only the good, overshadowing the faults Love is a rare and special gift Only few find, but all look for This poem was written by my sister (Ice) many, many, years ago when she was just a teenager. |

Love is lie, a dirty little trick,
it only makes you cry, it only makes you sick! |

As the song says.....
I wish I were the tin man... I wouldn't have a heart...and I wouldn't need a soul! |

Be brave lunatic, for without a heart or a soul you'll always be alone
and lonely. So get thee to Oz and get that heart. |

A woman mov'd is like a fountain troubled,
Muddy, ill-seeming, thick, breft of beauty; And while it is so, none so dry or thirsty Will deign to sip or touch one drop of it. Thy husbadn is thy lord, thy life, thy keeper, Thy head, thy sovereign ; one that cares for thee, And for thy maintenance commits his body To painfull labor both sea and land, To watch the night in storms, the day in cold, Whilst thou li'st warm at home, secure and safe; And craves no other tribute at thy hands But love, fair looks, and true obedience; too little payment for so great of debt. Such duty as the subject owes the prince, Even such a woman oweth to her husband; And when she is froward, pevish, sullen, sour, And not obedient to his honest will, What is she but a foul contending rebel and graceless traitor to her loving lord? Sir Willaim Shakespeare |

Was just a quote from the taming of the shrew. Shakespeare is my
favorite and i thought i would share some of his best work since it was quit fitting. I have a beter solution...never meant this to be a public quarrel....but since you accuse me of things publicly...especailly since you have no idea whats going on....and your guess is not even close.....have fun with the rest of your guess's! I'll be spending time with my kids. |
