A nine year old is Charged wih murder,
He is doing Juvy then to a regular prison till his 25 years are made up.... The kid will come out worse then when he went in, he wont have enough skils and knowing to survive and turn to Crime and repeat the prosess I think They should be |

well I think that first we need to figure out how old 15 really is...if a 15 y.o. kills and is tried as an adult fine but then why r teenagers getting sent to jail for consensual sex with a 15 y.o. r they not adults then?
