I don't know, I called maintenance, they're supposed to come fix it but it's been iffy for a couple of months now. Usually it's at least lukewarm but today, freezing. Gets annoying after a while. That nonsense would last about 1 day with me and I would be calling the city about it. It works most of the time, but they really should just replace the whole damn thing instead of just trying to fix the problem of the week.
