Good for you.
![]() My washer had a balance problem so the spin cycle was making it move all over. I was clueless, so put a wooden wedge under a slight space. It is sort of resolved, for a time, anyway. It still is leaving the clothes too damp. Prolly waited too long. |

Yes. I am doing a happy dance. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() maybe it's broken lol, yes, either the timer has a bad set of contacts, or the lid switch is bad, this stops the spinning when you open your lid. Depending on your machine, raising the lid may also stop other functions, open the lid, look for the little slot where the actuator pin on the lid makes contact. gently depress the spring loaded actuator arm in the slot (say things like, you're ugly, or that color looks terrible on you, lol j/k) with a toothpick, you should feel a little resistance and hear a definite click, if thats working, it's the timer And congrats Cap! ![]() |

Although I am not typicaly known for my handyman skills. I successfully fixed my garbage disposal today. Took the whole damn thing apart and found a nail where it wasn't supposed to be. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Were you using the disposal for chipping up old lumber? ![]() |
