Okay lets see what else do I love to eat ..
I love pasta .. oh and I wish that menus did not have such large portions I frequent ones that let me eat childs portions or senior ones .. I do not need to be stuffed like a turkey at thanksgiving .. I love desserts Creme bru le and all the different cheese cakes |

Fresh homemade kielbasa, cheddar and potato pirogies, with a side of sauteed cabbage with bacon bits

What is the best tasting food you have ever eaten; that you would share with everyone on JSH? When I open up my new restaurant , I would like a wide variety for everyone. (Guess my is Mexican Food, since I am in New Mexico) What Is yours?? You are so lucky! Southwestern-style cooking is the best! It blows away the Mexican food where I live here in California. I admire you, man. There's a good "Mom and Pop" Italian restaurant nearby where I live and I like their Veal Parmesian with a side of spaghetti. Their Spumoni is the best tasting ice cream desert I've ever tried. |

In order to give ou some recipe ideas. you need to speify what type of restaurant you are opening. Style? FSR? QSR? what type of FCP are you wanting? at least give us an idea of what you are looking for, please.

i'm an avid fan of chinese. most places don't stack up. it takes a bit more than steak/chicken and normal sides to impress me. i can cook most that stuff up better than most resturants.
i'm even gonna see about perfecting a few chinese dishes |

i make terrific homemade enchiladas with my own sauce i usually have to make 2 pans cuz my boys love em so much....and if you use brisket that has been cooked for 5 hours its even better
