When Bob Grant was fired from New York Radio Station 77 WABC, they needed someone to fill his time slot. Along comes Sean Hannity, who at the time was doing his shtick in Atlanta. If you thought firing Bob Grant was WABC's way of saying racism will not be tolerated anymore at the station, you have not been listening to Hannity.

Over the past half-decade, Sean Hannity has become one of the biggest neo-con mouthpieces on radio and television, and the most divisive. The hatred that he spews regularly on his Faux News Channel program with Alan Colmes, as well as on his syndicated radio show is compounded by the fact that he makes questionable associations with people on the far right, including white supremacists. There is a reason why there was once a special section on the OPP website dedicated to him, but we thought it was a good idea to spell out why for you in more detail................................

I wasn't trying to say that it was incorrect, just that they took arguments which were already compelling and tried to stretch them further than was really feasible. Just an observation.

E.g. They caught a criminal who had $90,000 worth of drugs, then tried to claim that it was 90,000 hits ($1 a hit for heroin, lol?) and then tried to claim that "this would have been 90,000 new children on heroin! (Assuming that every buyer would be a child, and there would be no repeat buyers at all). Their original point was good, but they stretched it a bit.

Ok if this is going to turn into a fighting thread over republicans and extremists and fox news and whatnot then I'm out. If you don't believe it, don't watch it.

Since you reprinted the above, that means that you believe it and have checked it out to ascertain that it is valid. So, please answer the following.

WABC is a racist station. What proof is there?

Why is Hannity a neo-con mouthpiece on radio? Give examples as to what he has said that leads one to this conclusion.

What kind of hatred is it that Hannity spews regularly on FOX? Give us the subject matter.

Who are the people he is associating with on the far right who are questionable? Why are they questionable? Have they been in jail? Have they been convicted of a crime? Are they anti-American?

Who are the white supremacists he is aligning himself with? What are their names? When were they on his show? What was the topic of their conversation?

What was the special section on the OPP website dedicated to him that is referenced? What was it all about?

I would appreciate your answering my questions since, as I stated above, I am sure you checked out that article before you posted it on this thread. Therefore, you should have no problem answering my queries.
