peppermint settles tummies soak your feet in hot water then put socks on really quick.. that gets you warm for a lil while

my son has been sick with the bug,then the flu and now is being treated for a staph infection of the throat so I would go to the doctor if symptoms persist.Hope you feel better.

canada dry ginger ale works wonders on a wacky stomach. you could try using alka seltzer as well, but that stuff tastes nasty.
