Yeah, I can imagine it would be! Make sure you take care of yourself, being tired can make you susceptible to every germ that comes along. And the flu this year is particularly nasty.

I normally get the flew once or twice a year,already had it once this year. Being a truck technican for a truck stop i come in conatact with drivers from all over the states so yea it's worse for me. I do take vitamins and other things. My mother got me into this company that sells all sorts of things to keep you healthy. I do know a lot about all the things to keep you healthy

Thats good,they say that if you get the flew shot every year that you sould not get the flew but i never get the shot.
