officer of the court, if they are not an attorney than yes they are impersonating an officer of the court. |

i work in a law firm here in milwaukee coch&mccann and i must say this
girl has no clue on suing someone for one you never tell anyone your suing them and 2 if she thinks this is grounds for a law suit. she is madly mistaken. i had to post my comment cause this is funny.this is not grounds for a suit and if she would come in my office i would laugh at her and tell her to get over it she has no suit. |

Am I the only one that is wondering this but WTF? I am friends with many
attorneys and law enforcement people. They are taught in law school that you NEVER divulge the existence or potential existence of a law suit until it is filed and those involved have been properly served by due process. To do so would be potential legal suicide so whatever you are speaking of, it falls silent on my deaf ears. If you are saying thank you for listening and replying to your thread - you're welcome? |

that is true some lawyers will tell you different things to get your
buisness.but i must say i worked in law firms that was not honest people but this one i work at now they will tell you straight up if you have a case or not. |
