I'll preface this by saying I hate those schleppy chain mails and forwarded video clips about how butterflies and puppies will change your life. I have neither the time nor the patience for sappy pop-psych "Think Positive!" BS. If your life is in a tailspin and you "Think Positive!" the only difference it will make is the vacuous smile on your corpse after you crash and burn. There is so much empty-headed feel-good advice being strewn about we could all swim in it. I don't listen to it, I don't watch it, and I don't respond to it.
