There are those who have a strong need to control their mate,
They may even go as far as driving ones family and friends away,

For as long as you give another that power over you,
They will run your life and all that you do.

Once you allow them to push your buttons, they know they have that hold trying to control you mind, heart and soul.
Its hard to break free as its all that you have known.

You must convince yourself that you are strong enough to let go,
As only you can break that chain, to break free of their hold....
