 I couldn't talk to Becca today, she worked late, but did get a text from her, and Pam was supposed to move the the Mt. View Rehab Center this afternoon. She is going to call me tomorrow and confirm the information. When she does, I will post the information with a mailing address for those who want to send her cards.
Keep up the fight Pammy, you are getting there. We love ya, Sis.

awww Marie that is good news......I will keep her in prayer for the rehab center to be a perfect fit for her needs. I am looking forward to being able to send her cards....Going to woman's prison to minister tomorrow but will look when I get back to see if addy....thanks for updating and keeping the vigil........

Got a text from Becca. She said Pam is at Mt. View now.
Their mailing address is: Mountain View Specialty Care Center. 227 Sandy Hill Road Greenburg, PA 15601 She is allowed to have cards or flowers, balloons, if anyone wants to send her a card, whatever. Becca said she is looking great and can write now so is communicating that way, and wants to go home. Sounds like she is getting her fight back and hope that she will get stronger faster now and get well enough to get off the ventilator.

what did happened to snuggles?--

She had the flu, turned into pneumonia and she ended up on a ventilator with a collapsed lung about February 22. Has been on the ventilator in the hospital ever since. They finally moved her to the nursing home yesterday. Her collapsed lung has not totally reinflated yet, but is slowly improving. They want to try to wean her off the ventilator slowly.
They are hoping the rehab center can get her off the ventilator and back on her feet and hopefully home in the next several weeks. |
