Hear Hear

I have a 12 mile commute to work plus riding to the grocery store or bank or wherever else I can go. When Im not commuting I train indoors for an hour or two on a trainer and do the pyramid for upper body strengthening and ab routines. I also do yoga. I dont aim for muscle just strength and health. And now that the season is upon us MOUNTAIN BIKE, MOUNTAIN BIKE, MOUNTAIN BIKE! Its also very important to watch what you put into your body. Always remember to exercise your mind as much as your body.

Good idea for a thread.

I wouldnt wanna run into you in a dark alley. Do you know who Tony Jaa is? He has an incredible style, Muy Thai is ruthless.

Cardio-30 to 45 minutes at least 5 X per week
Light weights 2 to 3 reps of 15, using 8 to 10 lbs. 3 X per week to strengthen and tone, but not bulk
Stretching after each weight training day
Yoga or Pilates 2 X per week

(exercise junkie!)

Good idea, try to learn as many disciplines as possible and form them into your own. Isnt that what Bruce Lee did?
