Cycling the 15 miles to and from work everyday. Hiking Hear Hear I have a 12 mile commute to work plus riding to the grocery store or bank or wherever else I can go. When Im not commuting I train indoors for an hour or two on a trainer and do the pyramid for upper body strengthening and ab routines. I also do yoga. I dont aim for muscle just strength and health. And now that the season is upon us MOUNTAIN BIKE, MOUNTAIN BIKE, MOUNTAIN BIKE! Its also very important to watch what you put into your body. Always remember to exercise your mind as much as your body. Good idea for a thread. |
