Chew on a straw.
It gets the habit of having to have something in your mouth into more of a boredum thing. Plus then you can make it sharp and stab yourself should you reach for a smoke. |

Cinnamon gum..or suckers..I used those small dum dum suckers...everytime I had the urget to light up..I ate one...it worked...2 years and goin!

You are doing good....keep up the good work If you fail, there is this thing I think it is called nicotrol. I think you have to get a prescription for it, but it helped me quit the last time. It is a thing that looks like the plastic white tips on swisher sweets cigars. It has a nicotene cartridge that you load in it and everytime you have an urge to smoke a cigarette you take a few puffs off of it. You don't light it, but when you inhale you get nicotene. it usually only takes about 3 puffs each time. But it sure helped me |

two packs a day all my life, about 6 months ago said I have quit,every time I do anything I start searching for a smoke which I don't have sometimes get a bad case of the shakes, still am not going to smoke even one more for I know it will lead to two more and would soon be back to the two pack a day habit. just fight it and lots of luck.

Good luck. I used the patch it helped. Still had cravings but not as intense or as often.
