Thinking of starting some classes,anyone have any positive or negative experiences ?

they hurt like heck after a while but you get use to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can be very relaxing not only for the body but the mind as well. Great way to relieve stress.

I take aerobics and yoga classes at the gym--I felt 'weird' at 1st being the only guy in there, but after a few sessions its great--felt comfortable, and Im getting more flexible.
TIP: DONT stay in the back--the women think your just there to check their butts out..stay up front and just 'oogle' them from the mirrors |

I took some yoga classes at MSU, and I still do yoga before my regular cross training. I highly reccomend it! It encourages great posture, muscle strengthing, and great stress relief!
