how are you both doing??? I had been asked out for dinner tonight (yes.. a date.. can you beleive it??!), unfortunately he had to cancel (it had to do withhis son.. and quite honestly y'all KNOW that kids come first in MY world, so I would have been more disappointed if he didn't take care of his son first).. anyway.. since I had already applied eyeliner & lip gloss (yep! brushed my teeth AND deoderant too! LOL), I called my girlfriend and took her out to dinner 
She is a mom of 6 boys.. and is PG! (and yes.. she still looks like a pin up! LOL).. we've been best buds for over a decade and in all these years have only gone out just the 2 of us maybe TWICE! How wrong is that?? 
So.. for the first time in weeks, I made it off the mountain.. was clean & pretty.. and ate out in a restaurant! Whoo HOO~! Didn't realize how much I needed it til now ;o)

Hugs and kisses going out to you. and yes I do have those days/mostly nights when I feel sooooo sooooo a lone.  My kids are all gone too. So unless it's a coll. vac. when my daughter is home... I'm a lone!!! That's why w/ me being on a wk vac. she wants me to go see her at coll. and get away. I'm going Dog Sled Racing "Hunting" I know there's one down by Albany next weekend. so I'm trying to locate that.

Thank you, it is mostly at night I feel this way, but getting out of a 12 year relationship and afraid to start a new one you realize how big your bed is when you are the only one sleeping in it! That sounds like fun! Something I would love to watch!! |

Yes I have one of those, an 85lb lap dog, he keeps/helps me be safe!

yeh, I have two cats who keep my bed warm
. They are a lot of company during the day, and purrr me to sleep at night. Right now they're into everything and wish they'd settle down.
