This is the worst quote about love that has ever been said. Love is the exact opposite. If you love someone you will say your sorry becuase you want them to be in your life. I mean come on how lame is the writer who wrote that.

Isn't that from Erich Segal's "Love Story"?

I think it's really more of a literary tag line than a legitimate relationship philosophy....

Now... what if the writer just meant that being in love is an excuse for the foolish things you do. You do crazy things when you're in love, but no expects an apology. =]

I think it has just been misquoted so many times that people think it is supposed to be accepted as a relationship philosophy.
