soo i'm sitting at work and someone comes up the desk ( i work at the front desk of a hotel) and i'm trying to turn down the tv, but the volume keeps going up. I'm sitting there so confused until i realize that i'm holding the controller backwards lol. I felt like such an idiot lol

hahah i'm sure. i made up some random word the other day. I think it was "cotrue" like correct and true lol. this job makes you a little loopy sometimes!

I think it was "cotrue" like correct and true lol. this job makes you a little loopy sometimes! yes it does hhaha I had been working about 60 + hours a week at a marriott property once... and I had a guy ask me how many nights a year does he have to stay to become a "platinum member" I said 500

how was it working if you were holding it backwards? our remotes work no matter which way you hold them, we have to dummy proof for the guests

We point it away from the TV to the opposit wall and see if it turns the tv on
