I was watching TV and someone just said that Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is an anti-valentines day. Maybe I am crazy but I think that it is a great romantic movie. I know its a tragic movie, but I think it shows true love. Anyway what do you guys think about Eternal Sunshine being an anti-valentines day movie?

First, it is my favorite movie of all time. Second, I think that it is dependent on how you define "valentine's day". If you're talking about the materialistic, forced romance side of v-day, then the movie is anti-valentine's. If you're talking about true love, and thoughtful gestures, then I think the movie supports that.

I'm sure it was a good movie, but I couldn't get past 30 mins. It was BORING!!!
