Having said that...
Ok then.. Lets use some deductive reasoning here.
There are only a few possibilities how the statement above could see the light of day..
Lets consider those possibilities. Shall we?
* You are not too bright.
* The people grading your tests were not too bright.
* You think I'm not too bright. Not to mention everyone else reading this.
* The Professor who was supposed to be watching you test was stoned out of his/her mind.
*You are stoned out of your mind, as we speak.
* We all are just not all that intelligent...

Any one of these could be how that sentence was born. Or any combination of all or parts of...

Its just a post it isn't like its a business email. who cares if its not in proper english.. besides all you need is the first and last letter for a word for some one to be able to understand it

The point is simple enough, overall. We should not have to "be able" to understand it. We should understand it on its face, and not try to decipher it. English is a second language to most Americans. Life is hard enough as it is, without added complications from thoughtlessness.
