I avoid the sleep aids. Don't help me fall asleep. They do make it terribly hard to get up and then I feel groggy all day.
Should go get me some Tylonal PM. That is the only one that ever helped me fall asleep. |

Ya'll wanna fall asleep, take about 5mg of phenergan. That will knock you out within a half hour of taking it. I took one the other day because I had a migraine, you will probably have disturbing dreams but you will sleep
